District Readiness

About

We help boards and district leadership improve preparedness through consistent procedures, repeatable training, and board-visible documentation. We avoid fear-based marketing and do not overpromise outcomes.

What we believe
  • Preparedness improves when plans are written, practiced, and updated.
  • Readiness must be consistent across campuses—not personality-driven.
  • Student-facing components must be age-appropriate and trauma-informed.
  • Boards need visibility: status, completion, and improvement actions.
Who we serve

Mid-size districts (4–10 schools) looking for a repeatable readiness program, plus support hiring a retired law enforcement professional to coordinate implementation across campuses.

K–12 districts are welcome—training and communications are tailored by grade band.

The staffing model

In this model, the district hires the on-campus safety professional. We support role design, recruiting and selection, onboarding, and ongoing program cadence.

What “board-ready” means

Clear deliverables, a realistic 30/60/90 rollout plan, templates for documentation, and a monthly reporting format leadership can use.

Note: policies, staffing, and implementation details vary by district, state, and local requirements.
